   I think the city you mentioned is Tendo City which exists at northen
part of Japan Main Island. I don't have any details about the city, but
it is easy to get some. What kind of infos do you want to get?

   You may be able to buy or get some shogi videos from your Japanese
friends, but I'm afraid European video system (PAL) is not same as
Japaneses one (NTSC).
