          The DC Shogi Club cordially invites shogi players of all
          levels to participate in our two premier events of the year,
          to be held on the weekend of September 23-24, 1995.
          The tournaments are likely to be the largest and strongest
          held in the USA this year, with players coming from many
          states, including a strong contingent of New York Shogi Club
          players.

          4th Eastern Open Handicap (Koma Ochi) Tournament
          Saturday, September 23
          5 round Swiss
          20 min + 30 sec byoyomi per side
          handicaps assigned according to rating

          Entry fee: $15, $12 to DC or NY Shogi Club members

          5 round accelerated Swiss
          20 min + 40 sec. byoyomi - all games hirate (even)
