I think that It would be better to have a shogi time on IGS EVERY day,
instead of just at nov. 5, like the example. We could reelaborate a list of
of shogi players on IGS including IGS username, e-mail address and preferred
time to connect. If no one can collect and put together this information I
could do it, than the interested people should send me an e-mail with his/her
information at jtsoares <at> tatu <dot> if <dot> usp <dot> br .
