Subject: Suggenstion about Shogi time on IGS

Hi, everyone

I sometimes visit IGS, but it's difficult to find shogi players there.
So, I have a suggestion.
How about making Shogi day or Shogi time of IGS such as Nov. 5(Sun) from
9:00am of CST(US)? Everyone will be able to find his/her opponent and to
play free matches. How do you think about it?
