This is an admirable idea, but I am really interested in knowing how you are
going to create an "MCO13" for Tori  Shogi, when so few games have ever been
played.

Even creating an MCO13 for regular shogi would be a daunting if not nearly
impossible task. I have thought briefly about creating one myself, but have
never got off of the ground on that idea.

I suggest that you think this through clearly before you start writing your
book.
