The Kisei is a tournament that is held twice a year. The following Kisei
matches are stored in the SHOGI-L archives:

kisei-1 match-91 (57-th Kisei Title Match 1994)
kisei-2 match-92 (57-th Kisei Title Match 1994)
... [and all of the ones in between] ...
kisei-2 match-94 (64-th Kisei Title Match 1994)
kisei-1 match-95 (65-th Kisei Title Match 1995)
kisei-2 match-95 (66-th Kisei Title Match 1995)

Retrieve the most recent ones by sending to
listserv <at> technion <dot> technion <dot> ac <dot> il the commands:
get kisei-2 match-94
get kisei-1 match-95
