I think there is not much hope that SysOp of the Shogi forum and the
provider allow the translation, even if a voluntary translator can be
found.
But, if you want, I will introduce your message above (or other messages)
to the conference room, "<Variants> Shogi in the World . Fairy", of the
Shogi forum, or to SysOp.
