How we probably have the most participants on US and Europe I would sugest to make the tournament on weekends and in the late evening in Europe, or at a time and date agreed by the players (between some limit dates to be defined to each round). That last is what I think to be the better way, and tha exact time of the game could be informed here (in a table, not sparsely) and on ISS, whenever possible. Cheers, Julio Soares.
