Subject: about shogi competition

As a new subscriber, I just read Julio Soares' idea to have a tournament. I
would be definetly interested in trying this. With someone with a little
I.R.L. organising tournaments experience, I suggest a straight knockout
event. Try to get the the number of people to be a square of 2.
