* The people to whom choice stands as /nf was not found in IGS/ISS and should
not be there anymore, if they don't send an update of their data I'll assume
that they're no more interested in playing shogi at IGS/ISS, and remove them
from this list in a month.

give the command:

One thing to do, when looking for shogi players on IGS/ISS is:
    who all 3
This will list all the players with shogi choice logged on.

Another good idea is to create, if not existent, an channel to shogi players.
This can be done by giving:
; \1     (if 1 is not an already open channel)
chann 1 title shogi

to see which channels are already open give:
channel

if there is already a shogi channel then you can move into it by giving:
; \X     ,where X must be substituted by the number of the shogi channel.

to leave all channels:
; \-1
