* The people to whom choice stands as /nf was not found in IGS/ISS by the
command stats, and should not be there with these names anymore, if they don't
send an update of their data I'll assume that they're no more interested in
playing shogi at IGS/ISS, and remove them from this list in a month.

To get a Username on IGS/ISS just login there with the intended Username, then
give the command:
 register <Username> <e-mail address>
   Note:  Do not use  <  >  in your email address.

One thing to do, when looking for shogi players on IGS/ISS is:
    who all 3
This will list all the players with shogi choice logged on.

Another good idea is to create, if not existent, an channel to shogi players.
This can be done by giving:
; \1     (if 1 is not an already open channel)
chann 1 title shogi

to see which channels are already open give:
channel

if there is already a shogi channel then you can move into it by giving:
; \X     ,where X must be substituted by the number of the shogi channel.

to leave all channels:
; \-1
