No, all the programs in the archive are for the Macintosh. That is simply
due to the fact that nobody ever submitted anything for the PC.

See the mail I sent to Shogi-L earlier today. It seems that Kiwame-2 is
really a gem. I even consider buying a PC just to run Kiwame-2 (just
kidding ...).
