XShogi client for Internet Shogi Server

There is a new bug while playing Shogi on IGS, which disables the
current version of XShogi as client for ISS. The bug is, that the
text area of captured pieces is not correct if no pieces are captured.

A first workaround is implemented. You can get the most recent version
of xshogi (xshogi-1.2p03.tar.gz) from our local FTP server:

    ftp.uni-passau.de

in  pub/local/shogi
