     The first Shogi one-day tournament
            in the North of France
  (including one tournament for beginners)

Date: Saturday, 25th November 1995

Venue: L.C.R. des Chaumi}res, All{e des Chaumi}res,
       VILLENEUVE d'ASCQ (just near LILLE/Rijsel)

Tournament: 4 rounds Swiss/Mc Mahon system
            45 minutes per player / 30 seconds Byoyomi

Time shedule: 10h   Registration of players
              10h30 Beginning of first round
              12h30 Beginning of the second round
              14h30 Beginning of third round
              16h30 Beginning of fourth round
              18h30 Prize giving

Refreshments: Sandwiches and drinks will be available
              in the tournament hall

Registration fees: 40FF or 250FB,
                   to be paid just before the tournament
                   (30FF or 200FB for members of A.F.S or I.G.O.R.)
                   Free for the beginners tournament

Venue by CAR:

  From Paris, Valenciennes or Tournai:
      Take motorway direction Lille.
      Just before reaching Lille, take motorway A22
      (direction Villeneuve d'Ascq, Tourcoing, Gand(Gent))
      then, take exit "Pont de bois".

  From Gent:
      Take motorway A22 direction Paris.
      Always follow this direction.
      When arrived in Villeneuve d'Ascq,
      take exit "Pont de bois".

Venue by TRAIN:
      Stop at one of the Lille stations
      (Lille Flandres or Lille Europe).
  Then take the Metro direction
  "4 Cantons". Stop at the station "Pont de bois".
  The tournament hall is only 10 minutes walk from
  this station.
