Subject: DC Shogi Tournament

          The DC Shogi Club will be holding its annual Winter Handicap
          Tournament on Saturday, January 28th, 1995. The tournament
          will commence at 12 noon (registration to begin at 11:30
          AM) and last until approximately 6 PM. The playing site will
          be the Cherrydale United Methodist Church, Room 304, in
          Arlington, VA (USA), the usual club meeting site.
          There will be four rounds. All are invited to participate,
          and appropriate handicaps will be given based upon playing
          strength.
