In "Shogi-L filelist" you will find many gamescores.  But I'm not sure if
there is a score of Ohsho-sen this year.

If there is a Go club or a chinese-chess club in your town, there may be a
player who is interested in shogi. I found German shogi players in this way
when I was in Berlin.
