Hi, I'm intersted in this as I live in the city, and now I have
a few questions.

What are the expenses going to be like?  Can I just stop by at
the restaurant for a few minutes (or a few hours) for free?  Or
do I need to register or something?

And how big is this "annual congress" going to be?  Also, what
are the levels of the play?
