Subject: ISS -- I believe it is working

This is the announcement for ISS.  I have not played a full game.
However, I have registered and gotten a shogi board up.

If you have any problems, please report them and specify it is
on ISS. :)  If a Go board comes up when you match, there is a
bug I missed :).  Just set your choice to shogi and try again.
