Oyama, meijin used to play Chu Shogi and there should have been some players
he could play against. Also, the Nihon Shogi remei sells Chu Shogi pieces and
boards.So there seems to be a market for it.

There are about 30 players playing Tori Shogi by snail mail. Some of them have
connection to internettoo.

I would be glad to play a game of Tori Shogi against everybody who wants to
play me. My other interests are Wa-Shogi and Chu-Shogi. In these I am especiall
y interested in gamescores.
