Subject: anyone playing on ISS?

Is there still anyone playing on the Internet Shogi Server (ISS)
embedded in the Internet Go Server (IGS)? I tried several times to
find an opponent but I never found someone interested in playing Shogi.
I ask because I wonder whether I further should take care about the
ability of the GNU XShogi program to support the ISS. I nobody is playing,
I could save some time.....

The current location of ISS in the U.S. is

  hellspark.wharton.uoenn.edu

but there seems to be also a server in France (but I ever was the only
person logged in).

Does anybody take advantage of the GNU XShogi abilities?
