    I have downloaded the GnuShogi games for Mac and am quite pleased
    myself. I'm not a strong player, so I get my following parts
    kicked everytime, but the graphical interface is quite well done.
    You'll like it.

    I believe the driectory is pub/local/shogi, or at least something
    very similar. There is a text/ascii version of GnuShogi 1.1 and
    two versions of GnuShogi 1.2; however, there is only a graphical
    version of 1.1--the graphical interface for 1.2 is not out yet.
    The grand fellow behind it is Matthias Mutz.

    The graphical interface is called:

    GNU SHOGI 1.1 MV1.02E

    I like it a lot! (and it's in English, by the way)
