Subject: shogi by mail, programs

I am looking for a program that assists people in playing Shogi
by email. Any leads?

I have several Shogi programs, but these are the features I want
(but don't have):

        - allows one to export the current game position with
it's history.
        - allows one to read in a game file, reviewing each move
and then adding a single move.

Basically, one would receive the file, make the move, and send it
back. The file would contain the entire game history.

Am I just not seeing these features in the programs I have?
