Subject: OhShow installable?

I read the very interesting article of Hitoshi Matsubara about
"Shogi as AI research target..." anounced at Shogi-l at the weekend.
It contains very nice diagrams created with a TeX tool which is part
of OhShow. As described in the article, I got the OhShow files by FTP,
but I was not able to create a postscipt file from sample.tex using latex.

Who did succeed in printing diagrams with OhShow on a western machine?
