Subject: xshogi as ISS client

Hello ISS community!

I like to add ISS support to GNU XShogi, i.e. using XShogi
as a client for the Internet Shogi Server in order to
provide a graphical interface.

For this, I would like to play an ISS game against another
player to get a record of communications.
