Subject: shogi server bug fixed

    All:

    According to Tim Casey, the bug I called attention to last week in
    the shogi server (not updating the capture file, allowing multiple
    drops of a captured piece) should be fixed!  I don't know about
    the other one that was mentioned (allowed pawns dropped in file
    with a pawn already in it).

    Three cheers for the shogi server and the work those guys are
    doing there!
