Hi.
  Here's the latest on the ladder situation.
 
  Why is John still sitting on his perch at the top? He's claiming 3-kyu,
which can't be beyond the reach of some of the people just below him.
  There's a 3-dan match blazing away half-way down. I suggest everyone else
challenges round them and leaves them to it :-)
  Not much activity among the new guys (and gals?). Mail someone up to 5 places
above you, and challenge them to a match.

Each game has a number, so "B1" is playing "W1" in game 1.
A challenge has a letter, so "a" has challenged "a".
 
If there are any mistakes, please let me know immediately. Thanks.
In particular, a lot of the challenges are probably out of date.
If you want to assign yourself a grade (or change it), let me know.
 
You can challenge anyone up to 5 places above you.
Please keep me informed of challenges, accepts, refusals, results,
and *very importantly* failure of someone to reply to a challenge.
 
I've managed to remove a couple of "dead" players around 10, so that
should ease the situation there a bit. There was a bit of a log-jam
building up. Note that I can only remove players if they fail to respond
to (or refuse) 5 challenges in a row, so make sure you tell me if
somone doesn't respond to your challenge.
