Subject: gnushogi on ftp

I fetched the gnu/xshogi files from Germany.
It took a _lot_ of time. [Germany has a piece of wet string as its one
                          link with abroad]
So, I had them put it on the main Norwegian ftp site, ugle.unit.no in
the directory pub/X11/contrib. I think Norway is somewhat better
connected with the rest of the world.
 
Matthias, please put any bug fixes in the form of patches.
