The position is stated as being Black: N3e P1f i.h R, G, S White: K3b L2a +P2e P3d P2c The solution is stated to be R'1b L2b; S'3c Kx3c; G'4c K2d; R1e+ The problem is that at that point white plays either +Px1e or Kx3e. I suspect that +P2e is not meant to be there, since the problem works correctly without it. This mistake was in the original posting too. I spent hours trying to solve it before giving up in despair - very good practice :) Ivan
