Three files in the SHOGI-L archives have recently been updated.
 
 
LADDER STANDING (updated)
   Contains the present ladder rankings and ongoing games (as of 30
   January 1993). In order to be added to the ladder, please contact

TOURNA RESULTS (updated)
   File with results of recent tournaments (as yet in Europe only).
   The latest version contains:
   * 8th European Championships. 6-9 Aug 1992. London, England.
   * EMBL Quick Play Championship (part of the 1st European Shogi
     Workshop). 3-4 Oct 1992. Heidelberg, Germany.
   * European Open Tournament. 17-18 Oct 1992. London, England.
   * 2nd German Open Championship. 14-15 Nov 1992. Nieheim, Germany.
   * 8th Nijmegen Tournament. 27-30 Dec 1992. Nijmegen, Netherlands.
   * 1992-1993 Grand Prix standing after the second tournament
     (Nijmegen, 30-12-1992).
 
TOURNA ANNOUNCE (updated)
   File with information about all forthcoming tournaments in Europe
   from Feb 1993 until Jan 1994. Latest version (#10 of 31 Jan 1993)
   compiled by John Kenney <kenney <at> embl-heidelberg <dot> de>.
