Two files have recently been updated and two new files with annotated games
have been added to the SHOGI-L archives.
 
TOURNA RESULTS (updated)
   Contains the results of recent tournaments in Europe:
   * Nijmegen Shogi Tournament. Nijmegen, Netherlands, 27-30 December 1991.
   * Standing of the Grand Prix 1991-1992 after the first 5 tournaments.
   * EMBL Handicap Tournament. Heidelberg, Germany, 25-26 April 1992.
