Note these dates in your calendar ! A number of Europe's knowledgeable Shogi players will participate in teaching Shogi. We will cover all levels from complete beginner to advanced player. On Saturday 27 June we will have lectures covering various Shogi topics, workshops on different aspects of the game and a catered Japanese lunch. On Sunday 28 June we will have a quick play tournament. We are able to offer limited free accommodation on a first come first served basis. Participants would also be welcome to come earlier or stay longer and see Heidelberg. The entrance fee to the events will be 30 DM (about 18 US$). Discount will be available to participants from abroad. The fee includes the lectures, workshops and delicious Japanese lunch on the Saturday and the Shogi tournament on the Sunday. If you want to come to the workshop you MUST CONFIRM with us by 13 JUNE (otherwise you will not be able to enjoy the Japanese lunch and other goodies).
