I can see different algorithms at work in this one. I have played up to the "normal" level. The problem I have is that at this level it takes about 40 minutes for the computer to make a move (and this was run with an accelerator). Even that wouldn't be so troublesome except that you can't save the game (see above). >4) It is easier to make the right choice in case promotion is possible.
