Subject: Shogi Master

Someone has sent me a message asking what this is. I thought I had already
explained, but...
Shogi Master is a Shogi program now available for IBM PCs. It is sold
by Ishi Press (see addresses file). It claims to be about 2-kyu on the
top level. I don't actually have a PC, but I bought the program anyway
thinking that I must know someone with one, or be able to find one in
the university somewhere...
I think I read in the blurb that it can give and take handicaps.
It costs something in the region of 30 pounds, I think.
