As of today the address file and the file with forthcoming Shogi
Tournaments have been updated.
Retrieve by sending to LISTSERV <at> TECHNION <dot> BITNET the command(s):

GET TOURNA ANNOUNCE
 
The tournament calendar now contains 9 entries for the remainder of 1991.
They are divided as follows:
1 in France (French Open)
1 in Germany (German Open)
3 in the Netherlands, among which the unique double event on June 1 and 2
  consisting of two separate one-day tournaments: an international team
  match (teams can normally also be assembled on the day of the match) and
  a blitz-Shogi tournament. Strongly recommended !
4 in England, among which the European Championship (November 1-3, 1991) !
