Subject: Where can I find Larry Kaufman ?

Help !
 
I am trying to track Larry Kaufman (roughly the strongest Western player
in the West), but I only seem to have old addresses.
 
All information is welcome. Alternatively, I would like to have the
address of the American Chess Association/Federation, since he was their
grading officer in the distant past.
 
The following addresses are where Larry does NOT live anymore, so if you
only can provide one of those two, you don't have to reply:

 + 7724 Laurel Lane, Parkland, FL 33067.
 
I remember vaguely that he had an apartment in Washington DC too, but I
have no idea where.
