Subject: New (test) version of Crane's Shogi has seen the light !

I just uploaded Shogi version 0.21E for the Macintosh and the next
day I received word from Masamichi Honda (our liaison to the author)
that Shogi version 0.3a2 had seen the light. It is a test version
only and the snail-mail-man has not yet delivered the floppy, but
according to Mr. Honda it has the following new features:
 
  1) It can work under MultiFinder
  2) Menus are written in both Japanese and English.
     Automatically selected.
  3) It has a handicap option
  4) It can save and restore games
  5) The Think routine has grown up
 
This is all very promising ! I'll keep you posted about new
developments.
