Stouten goes: "Come on, there must be somebody who can take over Chris's job as Ladder coordinator. It really involves very little work. Just a small bit of administration. And to me it seems fun !" embl-heidelberg de> Why don't you do it? Think of the fame, the resume refercnces, the babes, Paul, think of th think of the babes. What works better? "Dinner and a movie?" or (proper Dean the Bean voice) "Hey, babe, how'd you like to spend time with the worldwide shogi list coordinator?" No contest. (and speaking of Dean, when do _I_ make my debut? Another note: met a guy last (homecoming) week (I mention homecoming because of the admittedly impressive 99-yard run of the game, the first of its sport I'd ever been to) Anyway, too move away from that fragmented non-scentence, I met a guy last week who claims to be the third or so best Caucasian Go player on the East coast, and who plays Shogi. He claims not to be good (I still can't tell, of course but the only player I can find honestly inferior is Crane's Macintosh game) but has a nice inexpensive non-Western set, the kind you should buy me for Chanukah.
