Subject: Filelist Information

Hello One and All,
 
I just wanted to inform all of you that we know have a filelist for this
list and a little about what is on it. If anyone needs any information or
help with the listserv commands, please drop me a note, mail or file and
I will get back to you just as soon as I can.
 
   File name            Remarks
 
  SHOGI RULES           This file is still being worked on by Chris Sterritt
                        and Pieter Stouten. It will discribe the rules
                        and the board setup for Shogi.
 
  SHOGI BOARD           This is a proposed file for a E-Mail Board. We do
                        not know at this time if we will use this, as
                        all the information will also be in the RULES file.
 
  SHOGI SETUP           This is just a general file with notations and
                        initial positions for Shogi. This file is only
                        for general information.
 
  SHOGI SOFTWARE        This is a proposed file to list any information
                        about software that has been found, where to get
                        it and what is thought about it. If you have any
                        information that you would like to place on this
                        file, please send it to me. This could be helpful
                        to answer inquiries in the future.
 
  LADDER STANDING       This is a proposed file to keet the latist copy
                        of on going ladder games.
 
  SHOGI GAMEx           There are several sample games listed. In the
                        discription area after each listing, is a code
                        to give a general discription of this game. Some
                        of the games were plaied by professional's and
                        some by amateur's. Some of the game also have some
                        comments by amateur's and/or professional's
 
 
To get a file, use the command "GET <file name> <file type>"
To get the filelist, use the command "GET SHOGI-L FILELIST" or "IND SHOGI-L"
 
 
That is all that I have placed or propose to place in the filelist. I any
one has any information to placed on the list, please contact any one of
the List Owners. I also hope to be able to place any software that is
found (please remember Copy Write Laws), that is not unlawful to give.
 
If anyone has needs anymore information or help please contact us.
