Hello.
 
I've played a great deal of chess, but I've never played Shogi.  Are the rules
out there on LISTSERV@TECHNION or are they really blank?  A few of the files I
requested were empty.  I got the board and the games though.
 
Since I'm a complete amateur at this, I hope you guys are nice to me.  ;->
