What about Shogi, the other magazine produced by Nihon Shogi Renmei?
I am told it is aimed at less advanced players. How much less advanced?
What sort of level are the Tsume-Shogi problems in it?
If we write to the Nihon Shogi Renmei to buy things, what is the best
way to pay? Credit card, or something more complicated than that?
