Actually, I'm not the one to ask about the ladder rules.  I just joined
the list perhaps a day after you did.  I would, however, expect that our
beating someone lower than you on the ladder does not affect your
standing.  I think that's what is in the rules that I've seen.  I'm sorry
I didn't know where to find your move.  As you can tell, I'm new to e-mail
