Subject: Beginners Request

I am new to the shogi list and am interested in learning to play
this fascinating game.  I received a set from an exchange student
who lived with us for a while.  I have several books and have learned
the moves.  I am even up to doing, with 50% success, two move puzzles.
I would like to find some one in the Seattle, or better yet the U-district,
with a flexible schedule and lots of patience to play with me.  I would
also be very interested in playing via e-mail.
