Who of you people out there can give a detailed account of all the
top-titles of Shogi? I (and others, methinks) would appreciate
detailed information about:
  - what titels are there?
  - are they open to all professionals? or even amateurs?
  - what are the fees attached? prize money?
  - what is the standard number of games to the match?
  - what is the standard time for the match (one or two day-match)?
  - who is the current title holder?
  - time of creation of the title? sponsor?
  - who becomes the challenger and how?
  - whatever else seems to be important in this context, but I can't
    think of right now ....
