Subject: Information about changes.

As of Dec 11, 1990, about mid-day local time, I have made a change to
the information that all new members of this list receive. Included
with in that change is the following:
 
  1) All new members of the list will automaticaly receive the SHOGI
     PACKAGE. Within this package are two files, the RULES and the
     E-mail board format.
 
  2) All new members of the list will automaticaly be added to the FUI
     (File Update Information) list for the SHOGI PACKAGE. What this
     means, is that if any changes are make to the package (i.e. adding
     or deleting files from it) or to any files within the package,
     everyone with in the FUI list for this package will be notified
     that there has been a change. Any member can add or delete themself
     from this list. For more information about this service, send a
     INFO AFD command to LISTSERV AT TECHNION, via message or mail.
 
     *** NOTE *** DO NOT SEND THIS COMMAND TO SHOGI-L *** NOTE ***
 
  3) All members that are on the FUI list for the SHOGI PACKAGE will be
     removed from the list when they leave the Shogi-l group automatical
 
As of today, all new members will also receive a copy of the HOW-TO POST
file and the SHOGI-L FILELIST.
 
If any one has any problems with the new services that have been added t
this list, please let me know. I will look into the problem and get back
as soon as I can.
